 I personally don't know anyone who doesn't like pizza. People all over the world and from different walks of life, regardless of age or race, consider pizza as a delicious treat. Whether in its place of origin in Naples, Italy, in the streets of New York or here in Manila, pizza is a certified favorite. We crave it, celebrate with it, we enjoy it whenever we feel happy or sad. If love is the universal language, then pizza is a universal food. 
 I mean, just look at a pizza-- what's not to love? From the making of the dough, tossing it in the air, to selecting the toppings and letting the pizza cook in the oven--it is a masterpiece in itself. It looks very appealing (a palette of colors), it smells like heaven and it tastes like no other! As comforting to me as champorado during a cold rainy day, or ice cream on a sweltering summer day, pizza always cheers me up. Having a bad day? Have a slice of pizza. Too tired from mommy chores? Order pizza as a reward. Running out of ideas for dinner? Pizza will save the day (or, should I say, night).
 I can't say which one is my favorite pizza because I have plenty of favorites. It's not as easy as knowing my favorite color (blue!) or my favorite number (6!). My choice of pizza depends on my mood and there's always one that tickles my fancy. That's why I'm joining this online contest because at stake are gift certificates for California Pizza Kitchen and I love CPK's honey wheat dough. At the moment, however, I'm enamored by the Overloaded Pizza line by our homegrown pizza company, Greenwich.  What I love about Greenwich is that it constantly strives to offer something new to the Pinoy palate. Remember the Sisig pizza? How about the one with salted egg? Or the one with tocino and longganiza? Greenwich dares to experiment and tease our tastebuds with new and innovative pizza flavors we've never heard or tasted before.
